Meeting Rules

Meetings follow the agenda unless
there is consensus to deviate

Meetings start on time

Tables and chairs will be set up for
maximum visibility

All discussions will be held in a
civil tone of voice

6 minutes provided at the end of
each major agenda item for member comments and questions (3 minutes/member)

Meetings shall be facilitated
whenever possible

Each community member who is
speaking will be allocated three minutes, the three minutes will be tracked by
the meeting facilitator, if more than three minutes is requested by the speaker
the board must agree to extend the allocation

A majority of the number of
directors (currently 4) shall constitute a quorum at all meetings of the Board

Votes are preceded by discussion, a
motion and a second

The act of a majority of the
directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the act of
the Board

If the meeting starts to
escalate in a negative or hostile manner, the meeting will be immediately adjourned
